Eligibility window

Refund windowMost unused, eligible content within 14 days of purchase (no token needed)
Playtime ruleContent must be unused. League/TFT: 3 refund tokens per account (1 returned per year, cap 3) can refund used content bought within the last 90 days. VALORANT: unused weapon skins / agents bought with VP or RP within 14 days.

Non-refundable cases

  • Account transfers
  • Bundles (once obtained, items become non-refundable)
  • Used weapon skins, upgraded skins, battle-pass levels, Radianite
  • Event passes, gifts (sent or received)
  • Hextech / loot inventory and promotional items
  • Content bought with earned in-game currency (e.g., Kingdom Credits)

Worth knowing

  • Refunds return the same amount and currency you paid (e.g., a sale-price champion refunds at the sale price in RP).
  • “Used” means the item was equipped / taken into a match (e.g., a weapon skin loaded into a match).

How to request a refund

  1. Open in-game Purchase History (League / VALORANT / TFT)
  2. Select the item and choose “Refund” (or use a refund token)
  3. For cash RP purchases, submit a Player Support ticket under billing/refunds
  4. Note: chargebacks suspend the Riot account — contact Support first
