Playtime ruleNo playtime limit — but the content must NOT have been downloaded or streamed. Starting a download or stream ends the right to cancel (unless the content is faulty).

Non-refundable cases

  • Wallet top-ups (non-refundable once you consent to the top-up)
  • In-game consumables delivered immediately during gameplay
  • Content you have already downloaded or streamed (unless faulty)
  • Purchases made outside PlayStation Store (e.g., voucher codes)

Worth knowing

  • Pre-orders are cancellable before the release date; after release you can still refund within 14 days if not downloaded/streamed.
  • PlayStation Plus: refundable within 14 days of the initial transaction even after use (reduced by use); one PS Plus refund per account. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time.
