Non-refundable cases
- DLC and in-game currency bought separately

Worth knowing
- Eligible full EA games (PC/Mac) and participating third-party titles only.
- If you launched the game, the 24-hour timer applies; if you never launched it, the 14-day timer applies.
How to request a refund
- Open the EA Refund Tool and sign in to your EA Account
- Find and select the game, then pick a refund reason
- Confirm the payment method and submit
- You’ll get a confirmation email; EA typically replies within 48 hours
